1、 Pay attention to the following points during use:
1. PPH tank is made of polypropylene and can contain inorganic acid, malic acid, salt, ammonium, alkali, oil and most gaseous compounds under normal temperature and pressure.
2. The lower pyrolysis temperature and dissolution temperature of PPH storage tank are - 70 ℃ to 108 ℃, and the temperature of the liquid contained therein is usually between - 40 ℃ and 60 ℃.
3. PPH tank cannot be used to contain strong oxidants, such as concentrated H2SO4 and concentrated H2NO3.
4. When containing acid and alkali liquid, polyethylene terephthalate storage tank shall be equipped with acid and alkali resistant gasket. When there is chemical solvent, the rubber gasket is not easy to dissolve.
2、 The anti-corrosion methods of PPH storage tank are negative bond protection and layer protection. There are two ways of coating protection, including anti-corrosion treatment inside the tank and anti-corrosion treatment outside the tank:
1. The oil storage or product oil tank is the anti-corrosion coating inside the tank, and it is required to conduct electricity. Therefore, in the tank anti-corrosion treatment, the tank anti-corrosion treatment is carried out with electrostatic conductive coating.
2. The treatment of anti-corrosion coating outside the tank is a comprehensive treatment of anti-corrosion performance, weather resistance and aesthetics of the tank.
3. The design of PPH storage tank anti-corrosion coating shall consider that each anti-corrosion coating has both temperature resistance and compatibility. If it is alkyd anti-corrosive coating, please do not use it directly because it reacts with zinc powder.
4、 PPH mixing tank The anti-corrosion protection of the internal female key includes the protection of the external female key at the tank bottom and the protection treatment of the positive key of the water layer in the tank.
