Safety precautions for use of storage tank
The oil storage tank and the oil storage tank area have a large amount of oil, which is very dangerous and prone to fire and explosion accidents. Fire and explosion prevention system shall be established according to relevant regulations, fire inspection shall be carried out frequently, and fire safety management shall be strictly carried out to ensure fire safety.
(1) Fire and explosion prevention of oil tank and storage tank area shall comply with GB50183 and GB50074. Low expansion air foam fire extinguishing system shall meet the requirements of GB50151. PPH winding tank
(2) The storage tank area shall be kept clean, and there shall be no hay, oil and fuel in the fire dike.
(3) The drainage system in the tank farm shall be provided with a water stop well; The drainage pipeline shall be provided with valves outside the fire dike; When the oil tank discharges water, a specially assigned person shall monitor and timely clean the residual oil in the water sealed well.
(4) Non explosion proof electrical equipment and high-voltage overhead lines shall not be installed in the tank area.
（5） The fire dike shall be set up in the tank farm as required and kept intact.
(6) The top of the oil tank shall be free of oil pollution and water. Thermal insulation measures shall be taken for inlet and outlet pipelines and valves of oil storage tanks.
(7) The transparent hole, ruler hole cover and gasket on the top of the oil tank shall be kept intact, and the hole cover shall be tightly covered. The oil gauge shall be equipped with non sparking metal gasket.
(8) The breather valve and hydraulic safety valve installed on the oil tank shall be equipped with flame arrester. The flame arrester shall be checked at least once a quarter.
(9) The inlet and outlet pipelines of the oil storage tank shall be equipped with flexible hose compensators.
(10) The steel oil storage tank shall be equipped with lightning protection and anti-static grounding devices, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 10 ω。 At least one grounding point shall be set every 30m along the bottom of the box, and at least two grounding points shall be set for a single box.
(11) Each spring, lightning protection and electrostatic grounding device shall be thoroughly inspected, and the measured grounding resistance shall meet the requirements.
(12) Two flexible copper wires with sectional area not less than 25mm2 shall be used to connect the pontoon and the floating roof tank wall.
(13) The oil storage capacity in the oil tank shall be operated in the safe oil tank position.
