PPH tank is welded with polypropylene plate. Water seal tank is set along the tank to make the whole structure compact and reasonable. PPH material can resist the corrosion of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and strong reducing acid, and has anti-aging performance. The tank is sealed along the water seal tank with plastic water cover to prevent acid mist from escaping. Thermal insulation layer (suitable for places with low temperature) is set on both sides of the tank body to prevent heat loss, The steam consumption is reduced, while no stone plate is placed in the plastic tank of the stainless steel pickling line. Because the stainless steel pickling solution is highly corrosive to acid resistant stones, the widened acid tank is adopted, and the base plate can be equipped with a polymer plastic sliding roller, which not only resists wear but also protects the impact of the strip steel on the bottom.
