For the treatment of corrosive gases (such as acid and alkaline waste gas) in PPH waste gas tower, liquid absorption method is often used. This process and product are characterized by simple structure, low energy consumption, high purification efficiency and wide application range, and can effectively remove water-soluble gases such as hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrogen fluoride (HF), ammonia (NH3), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), chromic acid mist (CrO3), cyanuric acid gas (HCN), alkali vapor (NaOH), hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S), formalin (HCHO), etc. The acid mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct. After passing through the packing layer, the waste gas and sodium hydride absorption liquid are fully contacted, absorbed and neutralized by gas-liquid two-phase reaction. After purification, the acid mist waste gas is dewatered and defogged by the demister, and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorption liquid is sprayed down from the tower top after being pressurized by the water pump at the tower bottom, and then flows back to the tower bottom for recycling.
